Human relations educational counselling
Human relations consultants provide educational counselling through the Encompass clinic which is funded by the Department of Human Services, Southern Region. This service provides one to one educational counselling for people with an intellectual disability, staff consultation, parent information and staff education and training. This service is available for people of all ages who are registered with the Department of Human Services and live in the Southern Region at no charge to the patient. This service is also available for people with a disability, their parents and carers and direct support workers who live in areas outside the Southern Region and for people in rural Victoria on a fee for service basis.
